1. Call us while in front of your computer, if possible
2. Have your account number ready
3. Try to remain patient when talking to our technical team. Putting us under pressure will not help get the query resolved
4. Remember who you have spoken to. Speaking to the same person ensures that duplicate procedures aren't carried out.
